Minimum Charge, Quick Fix or Diagnostic Fee: This fee is applied towards our repair charge only if the repair is done at the same time as the diagnostic. For example: If our diagnostic shows that a OEM Factory Restore & Recovery Partition is needed to be done and you give us the go ahead to start immediately, then the diagnostic fee will be included in the repair. However in that same situation you tell us to hold off and then do it another day, then the diagnostic fee is not included. |

Additional travel charges may include tolls, airplane tickets, food and lodging for extended trips; but does not include accidents or car trouble.

All appointments require 2 hour notice of cancellation to avoid 1 hour minimum charge.

We will save the files you desire on to CDs or DVDs. This is
done at our shop. If we do this at your location we charge the hourly rate (not per disk). |

OEM Factory
Restore & Recovery Partition - Option #1:
We totally redo the software on your PC and make it as fast
as it was when it was new (as long as your PC does not have
a hardware problem). Warning: This special does not include data backup. Since all files will be deleted, you must either do your own back up of data or let us do it for an extra fee as stated above. We do the following: 1. Repartition and reconfigure your hard drive so no file remains that might contain a virus. 2. Then reload your operating system. 3. Load basic drivers (does not include external devices such as your printer) 3. Install anti-virus, anti-spyware and Open Office Suite (unless you provide MS Office suite). 4. Make a backup of your new operating system partition in case you may need to restore it in the future. |

| Pick up and Delivery We come to your location, unhook your computer and take it into the shop. Then when it is done we deliver it back to you and hook it back up, making sure it works OK before we leave. |
